masters degree im micro system technology, computer sciences, electrical
engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, material

Scholarships are provided at the level of 1365 € per month plus an allowance of € 103 per month for technical literature and other consumables supporting the PhD studies. This is the net income. No taxes are raised on the scholarships. Additional allowances are allocated based on marital status and number of children. Scholarships are granted for a duration of up to three years.
What we expect
For admission to the PhD Program, fulfillment of the general requirements of the PhD regulations of the Faculty of Applied Sciences is a prerequisite. In addition we expect:
- Exceptional achievements in your studies.
- Straightforward and fast completion of your studies.
- Age 28 at most (in agreement with DFG regulations).
- A convincing interview with potential PhD advisors of the PhD Program.
