Development of Low-cost, Low-weight and Flexible Thermoelectric Converters

Dr. Wulf Glatz
greenTEG GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland

greenTEG is a spin-off company of the ETH Zurich developing, producing and selling flexible microfabricated thermoelectric generators (TEGs). TEGs may be used to convert thermal energy e.g. waste heat into electrical energy. In contrast to other thermal converters TEGs can generate power from low grade heat sources (<100°C), even from the heat of the human body.
